DocuMochi is a free online invoice generator that allows you to create, customize, and download professional invoices as PDF documents. The Service operates entirely in your browser and does not require an account to use.
3. Use of the Service
You may use DocuMochi for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial use. You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you generate.
4. Data and Privacy
DocuMochi processes all data locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your invoice data, client information, or uploaded logos. Data saved to your browser's local storage remains on your device and is not sent to our servers.
5. Intellectual Property
The DocuMochi name, logo, mascot, and website design are the property of DocuMochi. Invoices you create using the Service are your own property. You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of PDF output.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DocuMochi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in invoices, lost data, or business losses.
